Institutions who have MOA's with our university like:
Patria Sable Corpus College,
Southern Isabela College of Arts & Trades,
North Eastern College,
Nueva Vizcaya State University and
Aldersgate College

Does not need to present a referral letter in order to use our library resources. From institutions who does not have a MOA with us must present a referral letter from their Librarian and a Php. 30.00 referral fee.

About Us



The main library is centrally located and is accessible to all activities in the campus. It has an area of 805 square meters and can accommodate 385 seating capacity at a time. The library plays a very critical role in supporting the academic programs of the institution. It identifies, evaluates, procures, and processes learning resources. Thus, the library is the trinity of learning resources, faculty/students and staff.

The IFSU library system comprise the following libraries and reading centers:

  1. Main library at Nayon, Lamut, Ifugao
  2. Potia Campus library at Alfonso Lista, Ifugao
  3. Lagawe Campus library at Poblacion West,Lagawe, Ifugao
  4. Tinoc Campus library at Poblacion, Tinoc, Ifugao
  5. Reading centers of the Main Campus:
    1. College of Education Reading Center
    2. College of Computer Science Reading Center
    3. College of Health Sciences Reading Center
    4. College of Agriculture Reading center
    5. College of Arts and Sciences Reading Center

IFSU library supports the Institution's instructional, curricular, research and extension programs through an organized relevant, and fast delivery of information services.

Our Objectives

  • Select and acquire library materials to support all academic and other concerns of the university
  • Prepare library resources for use through cataloguing, classification, indexing, and preservation;
  • Provide individual and group assistance to readers in the use of the library;
  • Encourage the reading habit by means of current awareness services;
  • Provide, maintain, and arrange physical facilities and equipment that shall enable users to utilize fully the library's resources;
  • Establish appropriate linkages to which IFSU students, faculty and staff may be referred in times of need; and;
  • Develop competitive staff to be able to guide students and other researchers' lifelong education.
